The MSU Libraries: Making a Difference

The Missouri State University Meyer Library provides fundamental support for teaching, learning, research, scholarship, creative activities, and service. With access to 689,000 print books, 337,000 digital books, 419,000 government documents, over 72,000 electronic journals, more than 200 online databases, approximately 200,000 media items and an extensive digital collection archive, Meyer Library is committed to meeting the information needs of both the university and broader community.

Private support allows the Library to continue to build collections to support students, faculty, and other users.

We ask you to support the Library through the following funds:

  • Meyer Library General Fund - A gift to the Meyer Library General fund is a way to support aspects of the library, including books, study spaces, electronic content, furniture, and other vital resources and services.
  • Ozarkiana Materials Endowment -Ozarkiana includes books, journals, and manuscripts concerning the social, cultural, political, and economic history of Southwest Missouri and the Missouri Ozarks region. A gift to Ozarkiana is an investment in preserving Ozarks culture.
